About CoEN
CoEN: Nurturing Nature, Inspiring Change Since 2014.
Coastal Environment Network, also known as ("কোয়েন" in Bengali), is a departmental club from the department of Environmental Science and Disaster Management of the Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) that is concerned with various environmental issues. It was established in 2014. After one year of establishment, it was officially inaugurated by M Wahiduzzaman, Vice Chancellor of the Noakhali Science and Technology University. The CoEN has celebrated many environmentally days with the coordination of the Department of Environment including World Environment Day. It also organizes various environmental workshops, Olympiads, and programs concerning the recent environmental issues. The Coastal Environment Network (CoEN) facilitates networking among environmental organizations and others who share its mandate to protect the Earth and promote ecologically sound ways of life. The CoEN works directly with concerned citizens and organizations striving to protect, preserve, and restore the environment. Its motto is "Move Towards Sustainable Development".

We believe that every individual has the power to make a meaningful impact on our planet. Through a series of initiatives, events, and educational programs, CoEN aims to inspire, educate, and empower people to live more sustainably and take action against environmental problems.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the organization is to function as a common interest group, involved in cause, events, education and outreach in areas related to environmental issues, including, but not limited to sustainability, energy conservation, pollution, global warming, recycling, ecology and organic living.
Our History
CoEN is a club of Noakhali Science and Technology University which was established in 2014 with immense hope for creating awareness, maintaining a peaceful, warm, pollution free environment, and to develop mechanisms to protect our environment.
Our Collaboration
CoEN facilitates networking among environmental organizations and others who share its mandate to protect the Earth and promote ecologically sound ways of life. It works directly with concerned citizens and organizations striving to protect, preserve, and restore the environment. The family is fully determined to achieve its ultimate goal of success.
